Deepali Naair @deepalinaair, Chief Marketing Officer, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India has moved on from the organization. Sources within the industry have confirmed the development to Ad Age India.

She had joined the organization in 2013 and led several marketing initiatives. She has also lead several portfolios including Sales, Brand Management & Resort Marketing across all media, Member Engagement and Reshaping Demand through Digital and Analytics, Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing including acquisition (online leads) and ORM, Listening, Social Media programs and managing websites for both members and prospects and sales through online travel agents, offline travel agents.

Naair was also a part of the Mahindra Group’s Diversity Council and lead the Digital Marketing Training for the group as a member of the Group Mahindra Sales & Marketing Academy.
She has over 23 years of experience and has worked across agencies and brands. Naair joined Tata Motors as a Senior Officer in 1993 and moved to BPL Mobile Marketing in 1995. At BPL Mobile, she was Manager, Marketing and looked after brand strategy, marketing communication, E-channel and Direct Marketing. Later in 1998, she joined FCB Ulka Advertising as Group Head Account Planning. Later, in 2002, she moved to Marico as Marketing Manager, and worked on brands such as Saffola and Mediker. In 2005, she joined as a consultant and later moved to HSBC Global Asset Management as VP and Head of Marketing in 2006. After that she joined L&T General Insurance Company in 2009 and worked for over three years before moving to Mahindra Holidays.
Naair has been a speaker at several events and won several awards.
